We're not your IT department.

We're your technology partner. We learn your business, then recommend, build and manage the tech that actually moves it forward.

Why I started Stackwell Technologies.

Most MSPs treat small businesses like scaled-down enterprises. They roll out the same stack, close the setup, and from that point on, the relationship becomes little more than a stream of support tickets.

I started Stackwell Technologies to take a different approach — one built on relationship first. Because when you truly understand a business, you understand how it operates, where it struggles, and what matters most. Without that context, IT becomes transactional, and transactional IT is easy to find anywhere.

We believe trust is what creates lasting value. And trust comes from depth: a partner who knows your business well enough to make better decisions alongside you.

We're not about scale; we're about depth. That's how we run, and it's why our clients stay.

What this looks like in practice.

Your business first. Our tools second.

We have stacks we like. Tools we trust. But we don't lead with them. We lead with your business — what you're trying to do, where you're headed, what's getting in the way. The recommendation comes after we understand the problem, not before.

No formulas.

Every business we work with gets a solution built around how they actually operate. We don't sell packages. If your neighbor's setup wouldn't work for you, we're not going to suggest it just because it was easy to spec.

A partner, not a vendor.

We can handle your help desk tickets and keep your network running. But that's not why we're here. We're here to understand where your business is going and make sure your technology gets you there.
